Last weekend we had two birthday parties to go to! We started off Saturday night with a "faux slumber party" at Sonja's who just turned 4! Everyone came in pajamas with blankets and or pillows, and got to paint each other's nails, watch a movie and make necklaces with beads and string. Katie had a great time, but she didn't understand why they weren't really going to sleep...the party was over around 9 and katie was more than ready to be sleeping.

The next morning we got to go to Avery's 6th birthday party at the long island children's museum! One of Katie's favorite places!!! Another great time was had and we even got to stay after the party and enjoy the museum since soccer was cancelled because of rain (but it didn't rain!)
