Time Flies

It's going too quickly!  Samantha is 3 and a half months now and yesterday we had to move to a new size in clothing.  She's grown out of 0-3 months and it's time to move on to 3-6 months.  She's getting so big and is so much fun right now.  She's all full of smiles and such an easy going baby.  She just hangs out.  She's now sleeping between 8 and 10 hours and then if there is time, she'll wake up to be changed, fed and go back down for a few more hours.  She's eating about 6-8 ounces at a sitting and we're going to start cereals soon.  She was 13.2 at her 3 month visit and was 23.5 inches tall, both still in the 50%.  And Kaitlyn is going to be 5 and a half next week.  She is still so in love with her little sister and really falling into the role of big sister.  She's already deciding what she's going to teach her when she gets bigger.  She narrates to Samantha while she's taking her shower, or getting dressed by herself.  It's really cute.  She still likes to decide what Samantha is going to where.

I just had my first mother's day as a mom of two and it was wonderful.  Spencer was away, so it wasn't perfect, but it was wonderful.  I think back to last mother's day and i didn't even know i was pregnant yet.  It's been a long road to get here, but this is exactly what was supposed to happen.  I wouldn't have Samantha if it had gone any other way.  God Blessed the broken road, that lead me straight to you...
